Advertising Terms
These terms govern all commercial advertising placements, banners, featured listings, and sponsored promotions on BiharAssets across Property, Vehicles, and Machinery.
Core Advertising Principle
Paid placement buys visibility and promotional tools; it is never an endorsement, legal certification, title warranty, or transaction guarantee by BiharAssets.
Advertiser Authority & Accuracy
Advertisers must provide accurate business and contact information and possess lawful authority to advertise the relevant property, vehicle, machinery, business, or commercial service.
Lawful & Non-Deceptive Content
Advertisements must be strictly lawful, non-deceptive, non-infringing upon intellectual property, and compliant with consumer protection guidelines and advertising standards of India.
Editorial & Moderation Discretion
BiharAssets reserves the right to reject, pause, remove, or refuse any advertisement or promotional campaign for policy, legal, safety, technical integrity, or inventory availability reasons.
Clear Paid Labeling
Paid placements and campaigns will be clearly identified to users with explicit labels such as 'Sponsored', 'Promoted', or 'Featured' according to the inventory placement format.
Pre-Purchase Campaign Disclosure
Campaign schedules, duration, placement zones, agreed deliverables, gross prices, applicable taxes (GST), and refund conditions are disclosed before purchase or recorded in a campaign order.
Performance & Delivery Reporting
Platform campaign reporting may include impressions, clicks, CTR, and lead counts where measurable. Measurements may vary depending on device type, user ad-blockers, network latency, and third-party tracking.
No Implied Performance Guarantee
Campaign commercial conversion, lead volume, or final asset sale performance is not guaranteed unless explicitly provided in a separate enterprise service level agreement.
Advertiser Responsibility for Claims
All claims, specifications, warranties, and prices displayed in advertisements remain the sole responsibility of the advertiser. Platform technical review is not a legal endorsement or certification.
Refunds & Cancellations
Advertising refunds follow the published BiharAssets Refund Policy. Unlaunched campaigns rejected during policy review are fully refunded; active campaigns delivering visibility are non-refundable.
No Endorsement or Ownership Certification
Paid placement buys advertising visibility and digital tools only. It never implies platform endorsement, legal title verification, physical asset certification, or transaction guarantee.
