Please read our refund guidelines regarding listing fees, premium subscriptions, and other paid services on BiharAssets.com carefully before making any payment.

1. Listing Fees & Violations

Fees paid for listing properties or assets on the Platform are non-refundable once the listing goes live.

Zero Refund for Violations: If a listing is removed, banned, or blocked due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., posting fake properties, scamming users, missing RERA numbers), no refund shall be issued, and any paid amount will be entirely forfeited.

2. Premium Subscriptions

For premium seller/buyer plans, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that none of the premium features (such as featured badges, contact unlocks, or top slots) have been utilized. Once a feature is used or 48 hours have passed, the fee becomes completely non-refundable.

3. Verification & Administrative Fees

Any fees charged for identity validation, premium digital tags, or localized support assistance are non-refundable as they cover immediate administrative and technological processing costs.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days, subject to standard banking procedures in India.

5. Support & Disputed Transactions

If you believe you have been charged erroneously, please raise a ticket with your Transaction ID.
